I want to edit this review to add that I spoke with Amy on the phone and she was not only professional, she was also very pleasant and kind. Traits that I hope young professionals will recognize out in the world and aspire to since this kind of customer service is rare these days. Take heart, though! Not all is lost, as exemplified by Amy and this wonderful establishment! Original review: I ordered a box of pralines for my brother and myself. The delivery was prompt and the pralines were incredibly delicious! Very fresh! They tasted like they were made exactly with my mother's (the best in all the land!) home-made fudge recipe and she was very particular about her fudge! I am located in Richmond, VA. Amy sent a package of sweet treats to me as a thank you gift. All the Assorted Candies, Pralines and Fudge were to die for. The gift box presentation was amazing so we where so surprised when we open the package. Sweet Julep's goes the extra mile and the candies are so delicious. Amazing customer service! I went in this week and had a random request for some chocolate letters that are a Belgian Christmas tradition for my boys. They don’t carry letters normally but were so sweet to find a mold and make some on the spot. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond to keep our Christmas tradition alive!
