The Tootsie Roll company created these so long ago, we don't remember a date - but they've been around forever. Nik-L-Nips are still as popular as they were way back when. These are the very definition of nostalgic candy. Nik-L-Nips are small wax bottles with flavored syrup inside. They consist of a wax exterior filled with a sweet fruit flavored liquid.
